Compatibility

After a horrible experience with a different gaming system I was very apprehensive about buying this. However, I bought it because my son wanted it for the holidays and Christmas. It arrived on time packaged very well and very secure. He opened it up without a hitch set it up without a problem and began gaming immediately we’ve had no issues or I should say he has had no issues with it so it was definitely worth the money and a win in purchase. I would highly recommend!!

GREAT!!... BUT... Concerning Assembly Quality

Its a nice setup overall but manufacturing QA is horrible. The glass is scuffed, the heatsink fan needed redone otherwise it was just dangling (this is common but should be noted), multiple connectors needed pushed in more (to be fair the inform you of this in the flyers invluded), faceplate on the port hub was not properly installed which would require disassembly to fix, which Im not doing unless necessary. The messy assembly makes me worried something I didnt see will come up later... but it is a really good configuration.Also, remember how its packed is important for quality assurance on arrival. The box was dinged, they packaged it in a box 3x the size of the computer and the amazon box was completely open at my doorstep when I got to it. There needs to be better oversight here for fragile electronics.As a final note, the performance bench on userbench (moderately reliable) with some tuning to optimize the OS, updated all drivers, optimized GPU, set xmp1 for the RAM and a slight boost in the bios, it scored well above average. The mouse is not very good though , very low update rate.Ultimately great prebuild for the price given the cost of nand hardware at this time but lost a star for assembly oversight and poorly sized shipping container without insulation of any kind.
